Movement returns from out of the cold and brings the best in live Beats and Electronica from around the country to Bondi’s Beach Road venue in anticipation of the hottest Summer yet after copping all kinds of props over winter including a ‘best free club pick’ in Time Out.  Over Spring, a lineup of up and comers, established faves and seasoned vets all take the stage with Sydney’s best DJs playing House, Electronica, Leftfield Disco, Dubstep, Hip Hop and Futuristic Soul Music.

September features the cream of the crop of indie/synth pop and electronica as Bondi’s own Velvet Audio, Changing Lanes alumni Megastick Fanfare, new Future Classic signings Convaire and Brackets all take the stage.

In October, Bon Chat Bon Rat and Albatross have the experimental and psychedelic contingent covered whereas Brisbane’s Pigeon will get the floor moving with their jams like ‘Smart Causal Cavalry’ (which has some triple j presenters all of a flutter) before Astronomy Class make a welcomed return out of hibernation (in fact – members ducking out from a national tour with The Herd) to inject some Dub and Hip Hop in to the mix.

Summer’s preceding month ushers in the warmth with nuff aplomb as The Aston Shuffle kick off November with their brand new live show. The following week, North Queensland collective The Mank drop some mad wobble in to their blend of soulful Reggae before Modular darlings and Adelaide’s finest The Swiss play the only Sydney show as part of their Double or ‘Nothing/Womanthem’ single tour. Finally, Australia’s king of the beats Katalyst also plays an exclusive show in celebration of his new album ‘Deep Impressions’ and will feature an array of guests on the night plus the full live band.

Joining us in Spring are our buddies at Native Shoes, the Canadian brand looked after locally by Lucky Cat Distribution. After a successful run with the Mad Decent crew in the American summer, Native look set to bring the same kind of good vibes our way thanks to their playful colours and classic style of summer footwear.
